David Cutlip

David Cutlip is the Chief Operating Officer of Professional Land Resources, LLC. He joined Professional Land Resources, LLC, in 2006 as a contract landman, was promoted to Vice President of Land in June of 2009 and into his current in March of 2010. Professional Land Resources focuses its operations in the Appalachian Basin with prospects spanning from Tennessee through Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Mr. Cutlip began his career in the oil and gas industry with Professional Land Resources as a landman and has since progressed into a key role within the organization along with its subsidiary company, Mountaineer Energy Services, LLC. David also holds the title Chief Operating Officer for Mountaineer Energy Services which provides bulk disposables and industrial construction for the oil and gas industry.

David Cutlip earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Investigations from West Virginia University. He is associated with the West Virginia Independent Oil and Gas Association, Tennessee Independent Oil and Gas Association and the Ohio Independent Oil and Gas Association.  Mr. Cutlip is also a site coordinator for the Tennessee Independent Oil and Gas Association.
