Client Liaison

Professional Land Resources offers the following Client Liaison with Landowners Services:

• Maintain contact reports and provide summaries to client
• Negotiate with landowners for Site Releases, Surface Use Agreements, Water Well Agreements, Beneficial Use Agreements, etc.
• Ever mindful of our fiduciary obligations to our client
• Build professional and positive working relationships with landowners
• Inform and educate landowners as to the benefits of the development
